In this week’s early episode, we talk about Corrie between the 31st August and the 2nd September. On Monday’s episode, everyone gathers in the Bistro for an auction in memory of Maddie, but an increasingly desperate – and drunk – Carla threatens to make the occasion memorable for all the wrong reasons. It’s Kevin’s 50th this week, which means it’s time once more another Corrie surprise party – what could possibly go wrong? Feeling somewhat less celebratory this week are Tyrone and Fiz, who are anxiously waiting to find out what’s wrong with Hope. Let’s hope viewers have recovered from last year’s loss of Hayley – this one’s not looking like it’s going to end well! There’s little in the way of Corrie news this week, so we give the Kabin a miss, but we do have a few listener emails to read out at the end of the episode. This week’s character profile is on everyone’s favourite workshy windows washer, Tim Metcalfe.
