This week on the podcast, we chat about the episodes of Coronation Street broadcast in the UK between the 13th and 17th May. Unexpected news comes from two recent deaths this week; one is a cause for celebration in the Price household, whilst the other causes heartbreak and regret for Roy. Meanwhile, Gary finally makes his moves on Tina, but how long until Izzy finds out? Also, slightly off topic, we ponder whether Norris would make a good Mary-Alice Young! In the Kabin, we discuss Corrie’s latest celebrity cameo and cross our fingers for the British Soap Awards, and in the feedback section, we answer a listener’s question about which current young cast member has the potential to be a Corrie classic. Our character profile this week is fan-favourite, Royston Cropper.
